GW Planning has won detailed approval for a new Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) teaching building at the University of Bedfordshire on the Park Street frontage of their Luton Campus.

This will enable growth in the STEM subjects - a key part of the University's regeneration and expansion programme.  A planning, design, heritage and access statement provided full justification of the scheme, enabling approval within two months of submission.
