GW Planning has secured consent (under Section 73 of the Planning Act) for amendments to the redevelopment of Clifton Road Mosque in Balsall Heath. The changes allow KSIMC (Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri Muslim Community of Birmingham) to achieve their vision for the Al Abbas Islamic Centre in a revised and rephased manner.

A successful planning appeal by GW Planning has secured consent for Umberslade Securities to lay out shipping containers providing a self-storage facility on the site of a former garage workshop at Acock’s Green in Birmingham.
May 2020
GW Planning has secured consent on behalf of Buckingham Healthcare NHS Trust for a nurse training building at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. This will allow nurse training provided by the University of Bedfordshire as education partner to be closely integrated with the hospital.
