GW Planning has secured detailed planning permission for a 26 storey office tower in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Row Conservation Area for clients Sterling Property Ventures and Rockspring. Our full supporting documentation including detailed heritage and townscape assessments enabled this scheme for Birmingham’s tallest office building to be approved within 10 weeks of submission. Work has already commenced on demolishing the 1970’s NatWest tower that currently occupies the site.
