UNNIN Infinity, Coventry

GW Planning has secured consent for a major student accommodation scheme at Parkside, Coventry on behalf of client UNINN Parkside Limited. The scheme will provide 502 student beds in a mix of cluster flats and studio rooms and will have two towers, the taller of which at will become (with 20 storeys) Coventry’s tallest building. The towers are positioned to frame one of the key views of Coventry’s city centre spires. The site is prominent, adjacent to Coventry Ring Road near the University and its Technology Park.
