GW Planning has secured approval to amendments to the proposals for Birmingham’s tallest office tower at 103 Colmore Row.

Detail changes amend the rooftop and ground floor restaurant areas to reflect inputs from a high-end restaurant partner now secured, and revisions to internal layouts and refinement of some external detailing reflect design development since securing planning permission in 2015.
