GW Planning has secured outline planning permission for TIAA Henderson Real Estate's 'Pier 7' scheme at Salford Quays.
The new urban waterside living quarter will replace aging low rise offices at Warterfront Quay with a phased redevelopment of around 700 new homes with supporting local services contributing to the continuing regeneration of the Salford Quays/ Media City Area.
