GW Planning has secured approval to remodel parking and pedestrian spaces within the University of Bedfordshire's Polhill Campus in Bedford.

This follows consent for a New Academic Building in 2013. The prominent frontage building will provided modern teaching space as Phase 1 of a campus remodelling masterplan. Extensive public consultations were part of the process of securing consent in a sensitive residential context.
