New Academic Building, Bedford

GW Planning secured consent August 2013 for a New Academic Building and revised access and parking provisions at the University of Bedfordshire's Polhill Campus in Bedford.  This is a prominent frontage building and will provide modern teaching space to achieve Phase 1 of the campus remodelling Master Plan.  Extensive public consultations were part of the process of securing consent in a sensitive residential area context.
