July 2014. GW Planning has secured full planning approval for a 2,800m2 teaching and workshop building at Birmingham Metropolitan College's Erdington Skills Centre site. Consultation with the local community, MP and Councillors underpinned swift approval for this scheme which will open in 2015. The proposals for this town centre site aim to enhance the streetscene and meet growing needs for skills training equipping local people to compete for employment.
