GW Planning has secured outline permission for a student housing development at 33 Parkside, Coventry. 

The development by Coventry Parkside Ltd will provide 217 studio rooms within a short walk of Coventry University and opposite the University Technology Park.  The scheme will step up in scale from Parkside toward the Coventry Ring Road where a stepped 8/10 storey element will provide a local landmark opposite the Severn Trent HQ Building.
